Strainers

APPLICATION

Strainers are devices used to prevent the passage of smaller foreign objects and various impurities through the pipeline.
In order to increase safety at work, they are installed in front of fittings, pumps, measuring and regulating and other devices.

Hvatače nečistoće izrađujemo za nazivne prečnike do 500 (mm), pritiske do 16 (bar) i temperature do 150 (°C) sa priključnim merama prirubnica prema SRPS M.B6.011 i DIN 2501. Na zahtev kupca, hvatače nečistoće izrađujemo i za veće nazivne prečnike i pritiske.
Kućište je jednodelno, a za cevovod se vezuje preko prirubnica. Filter se sastoji od sita određene gustine. Izmena i čišćenje sita vrši se veoma jednostavno skidanjem poklopca i vađenjem sita. Učestanost čišćenja zavisi od stepena zaprljanosti radnog fluida.

Kućište hvatača nečistoće izrađuje se od konstrukcionih čelika zavarivanjem, a filter od nerđajućeg sita.
